Alyssa Wiener, licensed for 10 years and a Stamford, CT native, opened Lucky 13 during the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure a safe, one-on-one environment for all who sit in her chair.
Specializing in hair colors from natural to rainbow, the sky is the limit!
